Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy governs your Subscription /Buy /Purchase /Use of our products and services including use of website and mobile applications of “AdvantageHRM” and the related product or services. “AdvantageHRM” is owned by M/s. Advantage Intellect Private Limited (herein after refers “Company”) who is the operator / publisher of “advantagehrm” and governs this Payment and Refund Privacy of its users or buyers.

It is assumed that Users / Buyers who pay for our services or product are fully aware of what they are buying/purchasing and that they have read all documentation (product descriptions, advertising, etc.) regarding the product, service, membership and etcetera, to have made that choice. Your subscription /buy/ purchase or use of our product or services confirms your consent of these Payment and Refund Policy along with our terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you do not agree with our Payment and Refund Policy, Please do not buy/purchase/use our product or services.

Subscription and Purchase:

You are not required to pay fees in order to browsing the Website. If you do not purchase a subscription or product, your access to website content and services will be limited. The Company may charge Users certain fees for the use of the Website and Services as a whole, or certain features of the Website/ Services.

When you purchase a product or services, the price will be made clear during the order process. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes. You also agree to the billing frequency stated at the time of your order. All transactions value shall be in Indian Rupees. Discount eligibility is determined at the time of the order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

If a stated price is determined by us, in our sole discretion, to be in error, we are not under any obligation to offer you the product at that price. We will notify you of the error and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund if payment has already been made. Applicable taxes may vary. We are not able to notify you in advance of changes in applicable taxes.

You agree that the Company may, at any time, charge, modify or waive fees required to use the Website. Your continued use of the Website/ Services after such change in the fees will be considered to be your acceptance of such changes, and applicability of these Terms and Conditions of Use to such change.

The company only accepts payments through the bank and will not be responsible for cash payments under any circumstances. All payment shall be made in account / favour of Advantage Intellect Private Limited.

Cancellation and Refund:

There are no refunds for subscription or other payments once activity on the site has been established after the purchase of that service. Company may at times offer a one-time 30-day money back annual guarantee on annual subscriptions only. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase then you can cancel your annual subscriptions at any time within the first 30 days of subscription by writing to: subscription@advantagehrm.com. If you do not cancel within the initial 30-day period from the date of subscriptions, you will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, of payment already made. Please allow us up to 21 business days to resolve and issue a refund. Please note that this refund is only applicable for annual subscriptions for digital and physical products. Any discounts given at the time of subscription / purchase will be reversed back in case of issue a refund.

Price Changes:

Company reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. We will notify you in advance if the regular rate of a product or services changes from what was stated at the time of your order. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your subscription or purchase. We reserve the right to make changes to our product or services at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charges for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund.

Provision of payment information:

You agree to provide correct and accurate financial information, such as credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateway or pre-paid payment instrument account details for availing Services on the Website. You shall not use the credit/debit card or pre-paid payment instrument which is not lawfully owned by You i.e. in any transaction, You must use Your own credit/debit card or pre-paid instrument account. The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third- party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order or in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your credit/debit card details or pre-paid instrument account. The Company expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of Your credit/debit card or pre-paid instrument account.

Payment Gateway:

You also understand and acknowledge that the Company only facilitates the third party payment gateway for processing of payment. This facility is managed by the third party payment gateway provider and you are required to follow all the terms and conditions of such third party payment gateway provider. You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided by you, including the bank account number/credit card details and the like. You agree and acknowledge that the Company shall not be liable and in no way be held responsible for any losses whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including without limitation any losses due to delay in processing of payment instruction or any credit card fraud.

You can file any complaint related to payment transfer at Site and the same shall be forwarded to the concerned third party payment gateway provider for redressal.
